As a minority-owned IT services and solutions provider, WEI knows the importance of inclusion. Belisario and Leslie founded WEI with a mission to build a company with a diverse workforce—including people of all ages and from different cultural backgrounds that have a passion for solving complex problems. Our workforce is 29% women and 28% minority. We also encourage diversity in our community by working with charities and organizations that promote diversity.

WEI is a long-time member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, and in 2016 WEI was named NMSDC National Supplier of the Year. We work directly with the Greater New England chapter (GNEMSDC) to cultivate new relationships with other minority-owned business leaders in our region. In fact, we’ve been honored by the GNEMSDC 4 times as Supplier of the Year.
