» A native of Peru and passionate about technology since childhood, Belisario Rosas was destined to make his love of technology a principle part of his professional life. He established his first business in 1989, just three years after earning his Bachelors of Arts in Economics from McGill University. Belisario and his company, Worldcom Exchange, Inc., emerged a competent and resourceful integrator of Digital Equipment Corporation systems and a specialist in legacy products.

Belisario used industry resources and professional relationships to augment his talents and broaden his capabilities as a solutions provider. As an entrepreneur and a hands-on executive Belisario embraced the rapidly growing technology industry. He recognized the potential for the internet during its infancy. In 1995, Belisario joined the ranks of early internet pioneers and founded Interlatin Corp., a company responsible for the development and launching of Andean portals Peru.com, Colombia.com and Bolivia.com.
